Taylor & Francis has produced a section called Focus On: National Elections. This page makes available a “research collection” – an assortment of free access articles which makes research into electoral practices and issues available in one place.
This includes links to articles about these topics arranged under regional headings: Africa, Asia, Europe, Oceania, and The Americas.
There is a good selection of articles on Asia, although none from JCA. This is a disappointing omission given that JCA has a range of articles on local and national elections in the region. Here are some examples. Unfortunately, none are available for free download:
